Finally there (Barcelona, 20:00), rushing trough one of europe's finest airports (built for the Olympics '92), check-in at the hotel, hooking up with a close friend, finally, after three years, being astonished by her and then
r e l a x.The festival moved to a new location which is quite huge, ok it's gigantic.
Masters at Work did what someone would expect, nothing special here but very smooth although. The hall they played in could easily house 15.000 people, while the other two venues in the same area are for about 12.000.
Luomo was very nice, as well as
Romina Cohn (never heard of her before) who's music was accompanied by fantastic 'moving'
Lomo Visuals (more than the 'ordinary' dia show).
After a few nice Bumper Car rides we went to the city, where the
WMF record label and
de-bug magazine hosted a nice party in the Japan Loft Club, nice visuals there too.
Mitte Karaoke really rocked the place just as we came back from the Apollo, where
Kompakt also hosted a great label night, no idea who was playing though.
